Nicholls was established in 1994, on the Gold Creek side of Gungahlin near Gungahlin Pond and Percival Hill. Gold Creek Village, with Gold Creek Square and Cockington Green, sits on its southern edge.
At the 2021 Census about 89 percent of dwellings were separate houses and only about 15 percent of homes were rented, one of the lowest shares among the suburbs on our list. Most of what we do here is regular home cleaning.
